Based in Portadown, Craigavon, Victoria House has offered professionals executive quality apartments for over 20 years.
Running and renting the place is a family business and with our recent custom built expansion Victoria Villa, we can offer even more great places to live for short or long periods of time. We are members of the Landlords' Association of Northern Ireland, (LANI) so you can be assured that we provide the highest standard of professional service and adhere to all legislations.
We don’t deal with estate agencies.
We prefer our tenants to talk to us directly about any problems so that we can get them sorted out quickly with a minimum of fuss, phone calls and paperwork.
We don’t want water leaks or electrical faults in the property anymore than you do and we regularly work with a team of local, reliable and qualified tradesmen to keep all the house utilities and the gardens in perfect shape.
Both properties are beautifully located in Portadown (local area information here) and fitted out with modern essentials and a few executive luxuries, we always aim to attract good professional tenants many of whom come to Portadown for short periods on business and need a fully functional home without all the hassle of moving!
