Situated conveniently on the main route through town the house was refurbished and developed into fully furnished executive apartments just six years ago. The house includes one and two bedroom apartments charged on a monthly rental basis that includes maintenance, local rates, water and electricity bills.

A refundable deposit is required on all apartments and will be returned to you in full at the end of your tenancy, providing the furnishings have been well kept. Deposits range from £250 to £400 depending on which apartment you rent.

Any household maintenance is also taken care of within the rental price, and qualified local tradesmen are on hand to take care of any minor problems with plumbing, electrics or general wear and tear.
